Today I wanted to share with you a super simple and quick recipe for a microwave mug cinnamon roll. It’s a great recipe for a quick dessert, or if you want to put a little extra effort into breakfast. I think it’s delicious, so I just had to share it with you! This recipe is extremely easy, and it only takes 90 seconds in the microwave to get a delicious cinnamon roll. I hope you give this a try, and I hope you like it. But, I’m afraid that I’m going to have to move posts to once a month instead of once a week because a dessert a week for my family is just too much. Mix together your cinnamon and sugar, and sprinkle onto your dough. I folded over the edges on mine to make it extra pretty. I also like to leave a little space, about 1 to 1/2 inch, where I will be closing my roll, as you can see in the picture. This makes it easier to seal so that cinnamon and sugar don't leak out.
