This recipe was inspired by one of my friends wanted me to try a vegan recipe (she’s vegan), so here I am, testing one out for you guys. These chocolate peanut butter cookies are vegan, sweet, and delicious. You would never know they were vegan if someone didn’t tell you! But before you move on, I will say one more thing, these cookies can and will dry out if they are left in the oven to long, so make sure to take them out so that they stay nice, soft, and gooey.
