Adjust Servings:
2 bananas try to find the ripest ones, they'll be the easiest to mash
1/3 cup peanut butter easier to measure at room temp.
2 tbsp. soy milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 1/4 cup oatmeal

This recipe was inspired by one of my friends wanted me to try a vegan recipe (she’s vegan), so here I am, testing one out for you guys. These chocolate peanut butter cookies are vegan, sweet, and delicious. You would never know they were vegan if someone didn’t tell you! But before you move on, I will say one more thing, these cookies can and will dry out if they are left in the oven to long, so make sure to take them out so that they stay nice, soft, and gooey. Make sure your oven is preheated to 350 F, and that your ingredients are ready.

In a bowl (make sure it's bigger than you think you'll need) mash your bananas until they are smooth.

Stir in your peanut butter, soy milk, and maple syrup, and combine well.

Now add your flour and cocoa, stir until well combined

Add the oatmeal and mix well, until it's combined.

Scoop tablespoonfuls of batter onto a cookie sheet, and you can flatten them a bit if you want. (you can use your hands, or a glass to flatten them)

Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, and enjoy!
