Picture a glass filled with sparkling water, kissed by vibrantly flavored syrups like bright raspberry, zesty lemon, or exotic pineapple. Each drink is topped with half and half and a generous swirl of whipped cream, creating a luscious, creamy contrast to the bubbly base.

Italian Sodas are a fun treat sold at many coffee shops, but they are also very easy to make at home (and for much cheaper). Get creative and mix flavors like pineapple and coconut for pina colada, or orange and vanilla for creamsicle. There are tons of coffee syrup flavors out there, or try making your own! You can also use a soda flavor instead of sparkling water if you really want to play around. Just be sure not to use more heavy cream than specified, any more and it will curdle on the carbonation… and no one wants a chunky Italian soda!

Enjoy!
